Swim training in a fun environment

The primary goal of Tide Rec League is to provide swimmers with an opportunity to enhance their skills and fitness without the commitment of a competitive team.

This program focuses on:

  • Refining technique in all four strokes
  • Building swimming skills for overall swimming strength
  • Introducing swimmers to the structure of swim team practices
  • Maintaining swimming skills during the off-season
  • Making swimming an enjoyable and confidence-building activity
  • Creating a social and supportive environment where swimmers can connect and have fun together

Athletes train in 8 week sessions  - no year round commitment
