What is your first swimming memory?
My first memory was when I was 5, and I was on the Cavalier Golf & Yacht Club summer league team. I remember doing 25 backstroke, and to this date it is still probably the best backstroke I have ever done.

What has been your favorite moment on TIDE?
My favorite swimming memory was Long Course Senior Champs in 2019. It was one of the last meets of the season, and a lot of the team was there. I just remember all of us cheering on the side of the pool watching everyone do so well, and it was so much fun to have that meet with almost all of us together.

What are your plans for Fall 2021 and beyond?
I am planning on going to college in the fall to further my education, but I am not sure where yet. I am also still deciding between a few ideas of what I want to major in.

Love to win OR Hate to lose?
Love to win

What advice you would give to younger TIDE teammates?
Make sure to always have fun with what you are doing. I always found myself performing better when I wasn't putting so much pressure on myself, and I was just trying to have fun swimming. Try not to put so much pressure on yourself to go a certain time because in the end you will end up remembering the memories made with your teammates and coaches the most.

What will you miss the most about TIDE?
I will definitely miss all my teammates I have met/grown up with over the years. They are such an encouraging group of people who have always been there to support me. I have also made so many great memories with some of them outside of the pool, and they are some of my best friends.
